FAQs

CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You’re welcome to bring someone with you to your appointment, but they may not be allowed in the tattoo area for health, safety, and privacy reasons. During tattooing, we work with open skin and bodily fluids, so minimizing contamination risk is essential. Also, some tattoos require clothing adjustments, so we respect our clients’ privacy.

If the studio is busy, space might be limited, so your guest may need to wait outside the tattoo room. Please let us know in advance if you need an exception.

Important: Our studio is not child-friendly. Children aren’t permitted in the main studio, and we ask that they don’t stay in reception for long. We cannot supervise children left unattended.

Thanks for understanding!

can I get tattooed while pregnant?

No, it’s not possible.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DESIGN?

Please expect to receive your design 24–48 hours before your appointment—this is standard practice for most artists and studios.

An appointment and deposit ensure the artist’s time is respected. Creating multiple custom designs takes hours and is usually done in the artist’s own time, shortly before your session. This helps avoid wasted effort due to reschedules or cancellations.

It also protects the artist’s work—unfortunately, some designs have been taken and tattooed elsewhere without permission.

Thanks for understanding and respecting the creative process!

is the studio disability friendly?

Yes, we have disabled access bathrooms located on one level for your convenience. Please note there is a step up into the reception area. If you let us know beforehand, we can make arrangements to ensure the space is safely accessible and comfortable for wheelchair users prior to your appointment. Your comfort and accessibility are important to us!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please avoid shaving or waxing the tattoo area for at least 4 days before your appointment. We will shave the area on-site right before tattooing to reduce the risk of razor rash, ingrown hairs, or cuts—which could prevent us from tattooing you.

Also, do not apply fake tan before or shortly after your appointment, as it can affect the tattoo’s color and healing process.

On the day, please make sure to eat a good meal and stay well hydrated to help your body handle the procedure comfortably.

Thanks for helping us give you the best possible tattoo!

what are our payment options?

We are currently a cash-only studio, meaning all payments to artists must be made by cash or bank transfer. We do not accept card payments on-site at this time.

For your convenience, there are several cash machines located less than 50 meters from the shop entrance, so you can easily withdraw cash before your appointment.

If you have any questions or need assistance with payment or bookings, please don’t hesitate to contact us through the booking form. We’re here to help make your experience as smooth as possible!
